The Hirer is responsible for the removal of all waste generated unless paying for cleaning.
Hirers to confirm they have adequate insurance covering all third-party entertainment activities.
A £100.00 'good behaviour' deposit will be required .

PLEASE NOTE:-
(A)    First Floor committee rooms are available from 8am to 11pm daily, including weekends.
(B)    From January 2025,  the Hall and ground floor areas are available from 8pm to 11pm during weekdays , and from 8am to 11pm at weekends.

There are No kitchen facilities available to hirers.  However, there is a small worktop, potable water and a sink available in the chair store which hirers may request to make use of.
No decorations to be affixed to the structure of the building with pins, glues or tapes.

The hire fee must be received at least 14 days before the event, otherwise cancellation may occur.
